Im so happy that i am one of the winners of the Don't Turn Your Back On AIDS contest! The art-show will be held at San Francisco on April 28th. (looking forward to it) they will be announcing the 1st 2nd and 3rd. I was surprised that i would make it, thank god:) and thanks to my friends who helped me finish the pattern, i'll treat you guys something yummy sometime ;] and thanks to my dad and father who helped me bring my work to my destination ohoho. There were 3 winners from Freedom high-school, including me and Dax! (its been his week; getting a girl, hosting a show and being one of the winners on the art contest. congrats Dax, you should've tried entering the lotto last week.)
Oh and i also received a Starbucks gift card from Ms.Textor for turning in a design for her wedding invitaiton:> although i didn't win i still feel like a winna~. i feel bad tho, for not being able to submit a second design:-/ so i was really surprised to receive a reward. I hope Ms.Textor found the right invitation for her wedding, and Congratulations!
And yeah, wish us luck on the 28th, hope at least one of us gets to be one of the 3!
